Founded in 2005, the GPT Group specialises in the management of retail, office, and related logistic properties throughout Australia. As a value-driven industry leader, this property company recognises diversities and the importance of equity employment. The GPT Group owns, manages, and develops nearly 80 properties across Australia. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, the company manages its operations through four segments. It has its origins as Australia’s first property trust, dating back to 1971.

The company’s four segments are retail, office, logistics, and contract leasing. The GPT Group has a diversified portfolio that includes shopping centres, office space and complexes (with related retail capacity), and business parks and warehousing. This company is one of the largest property management outfits in Australia and a recognised top 50 company on the ASX.

GPT owns and manages a property portfolio of Australian offices, logistics real estate that comes to an approximate value of $26.9bn as of March 2022. The Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) rated the GPT Group as a top sustainable property manager in 2019. The ticker GPT identifies the GPT Group on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
